Terms of service

Veyra Trading provides a private Discord membership (the “Alpha Membership”) that gives access to NQ trading signals called live and to live trading sessions. By subscribing, you agree to these terms.

• The membership is for your personal use. Sharing, reselling or redistributing signals, streams or Discord content is not allowed and may lead to removal without refund.
• Signals and sessions are educational and informational content about my own trading. They are not personalised investment advice, and nothing is tailored to your financial situation.
• You are solely responsible for your trading decisions, your account and any losses.
• If you trade on a prop-firm account, you are responsible for following that firm’s rules, including any rules about trading from third-party signals.
• I may remove members who are abusive, share paid content, or break Discord’s terms.

Privacy

This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. Fonts are hosted on this site, so no third-party service is contacted while you browse it.

• Payments are handled by LaunchPass and Stripe. I never see or store your card details.
• Discord: when you connect your account, your Discord username and ID are used to add you to the server and assign or remove your member role.
• Email: your email address is used for receipts, billing and support only.
• To ask for access to or deletion of your data, email contact@veyra-trading.com.

Risk disclosure

Futures and CFD trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. Leverage can work against you as well as for you, and you can lose more than your initial deposit.

• Signals and live sessions do not guarantee results. Past performance, including any R totals, is not indicative of future results.
• Your results may differ from the signals because of execution, timing, slippage, position size, fees and your own decisions.
• Following the signals does not guarantee passing a prop-firm challenge or keeping a funded account.
• Only trade with money you can afford to lose.

Billing & cancellation

• Price: $200 per month, in USD. Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout.
• Renewal: the membership renews automatically every month on your renewal date until you cancel.
• Cancellation: cancel anytime from Member Access. You won’t be charged again once you cancel.
• Positive-R refund: at the end of each billing month, I add up the total R of every signal I called during that month. If the total is zero or negative, that month’s $200 fee is refunded in full to your original payment method. The calculation is based on the signals as posted, not on individual accounts, and it is not a guarantee of profit.
• Other refunds: no other refunds are offered, except where required by law.
• Access problems: if your payment succeeds but your Discord access fails, email contact@veyra-trading.com with your receipt and Discord username.
